The website Frea.bg is owned by the company Frea 28 OOD with address and headquarters in the city of Plovdiv.

2. Method of registration

Signing up is easy and doesn’t take much time. You must fill in your personal data correctly for your account creation to be confirmed.

Registration will be completed when you enter the address where you want your order to be delivered. After filling in the information, you will receive an email to confirm the creation of your user profile.

3. Placing an order

4. Prices

All prices are in Bulgarian leva, and the company has the right to change them at its discretion. The prices of the goods are final, but the cost of delivery is not included in them. The final amount is formed based on the price of the product + delivery. You can expect your order within 5 working days of its finalization.

5. Method of payment

All prices are in Bulgarian leva. It is necessary, after confirming your order, to note the payment method you have chosen. You can choose to pick up the package from an office or use “SPEEDY” courier services.

If your preferred payment method is via courier, you will have to pay the price of the items you have selected and the cost of delivery to your home. In the case of cash on delivery, it is necessary to hand over to the courier the total amount of the price of the ordered product and its delivery and sign the receipt, which has the role of a sales receipt. In this way, you give the right to the courier to transfer to us the amount paid for the order placed through our site.

6. Sales contract

The sales contract is considered valid when the company accepts and confirms your order placed through our site. The order is considered successful when you receive your confirmation email.

If you have filled in your personal data incorrectly, our company is not responsible for any failure to receive the delivery. The confidentiality of your personal data is our duty and will be respected.

When choosing the cash on delivery function, the order may fail when:

• You provided an incorrect or out-of-date address, you do not answer the phone numbers you provided, and the courier is unable to contact you to complete the delivery of the order
• Refuse to pay the invoice at the time of delivery.

7. Making a delivery

Frea stores offer delivery of orders only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, and deliveries are made by courier. The delivery of the ordered items takes place within the period described above. The company reserves the right to extend the delivery period and is obliged to notify the customer awaiting his order of these changes.

The way to receive the order is against a signature by the customer, and it can be done at the entrance of the residential building or workplace. It is possible for a person authorized by the guarantor to accept the order, for which only a signature and two names are required.

If the courier fails to deliver the package personally, it goes to the office of the courier company and it will be possible to receive it from there.
